The staff were very helpful, polite, smart and always greeted you. The hotel is new, smart, clean and tidy. The breakfast is a wide ranging buffet and the dirty dishes were quickly cleared away. Larger than usual bathroom.

Chur, mate! Had a choice time here. Staff were super friendly, but the Wi-Fi was a bit dodgy in our room. Breakfast was a real highlight!

This is an excellent hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast great with huge selection. Room was large and nicely decorated. Our room on top floor (there was a lift) had a balcony overlooking the Wawel Castle, which was a great surprise. Just a short stroll to all the sights. Thanks Benefis. Happy to recommend this hotel.

Across the river from the Wawel Castle so some might find the location as being a bit inconvenient. We liked it because it was quiet and the very large room had a balcony view of the castle. The breakfast is included in the price and is terrific served in a lovely room. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent value.

Secured parking at the hotel location. Friendly, helpful staff and managers willing to arrange tours, dinner reservations, provide information. Very large suite with a bedroom, living room, big closets. Newly updated bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast. Easy walk to main town square (15-20 minutes). Although there is no view, the hotel is just a block away from the castle, lake, and pleasant walking trails. Very quiet at night. Complementary bottles of water each day. Small lounge for evening drinks. Felt very welcome at the hotel and would stay there again.
No amenities such as a safe, hairdryer, refrigerator, coffee/teapot, fan or air conditioning (the room was quite warm during the day, but cooled at night with windows open). Blanket was for a twin/single vs. Double bed; not a problem if it is warm, but you may need to ask for another blanket in cooler weather. Breakfast starts at 8:00, somewhat inconvenient if you have a 9:00 tour or early business meetings. Few nearby restaurants; must walk 15-20 minutes to a restaurant. Overall, very clean and pleasant facilities and room, although the carpets in the room are older and could probably use a deep cleaning.

Just spent 4 nights in a spacious Double Room at Benefis. The breakfast spread was fantastic, especially the fresh breads and local meats. The location is pretty chill, about a 10-minute walk to the main square, but I wish the Wi-Fi was better in my room!

Everything was great during 4 days, enjoyed its marvellous and decent location short walk to conference centre and old town. My room was very pretty and the view of the castle was perfect! The breakfast looked sensational with a wide range of options.

Superb hotel, very comfortable, great views overlooking the castle, a quiet location,We walked to the centre via the castle and also walked via the Jewish quarter to the centre, each taking approximately 45 mins, there and 45 mins back. We traveled the first week in September and the weather was good, which helped a great deals. Krakow is superb place night life is good for young and old with much to do, this has been my fourth vist and it will not be my last !!
There was nothing that we disliked about the hotel being situated on the other side of the river, it would not be suitable for wheel chairs etc, or any one with walking diffinformational though taxis are always available at reasonable costs.

The rooms are spacious and well-furnished. The breakfast selection caters to various tastes, with plenty of options including hot dishes like eggs and sausages.
WiFi is a major letdown. Multiple guests faced frustratingly weak signals, especially in rooms further from the corridor. Some rooms lacked essential amenities like a safety deposit box, inconvenient for storing valuables. Certain furnishings could use an upgrade and the sound insulation isn't the greatest, leading to occasional noise from the corridors. The location, while cozy, can feel a tad remote from the main tourist spots, meaning a stroll of about ten minutes to reach the vibrant heart of the city, which may not suit everyone.

Hotel is located near the Visla river. The center of city is very close after a few minutes of walk along a river. There is a tram station very close a hotel. We have a room with beautiful view to Wawel castle. The room was quiet, spacious and clean. We felt there very comfortable. The staff was very kind, a breakfast was very good. We were happy there and want to return in Krakow and in this hotel.
